Right At Home In-Home Care & AssistanceRight at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking to hire CNA's to join a dynamic care team providing clinical expertise in-home. You can make a difference in your career by helping people stay in the comfort of their homes.Essential Functions:Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living.Personal HygieneCNA required with Hoyer lift experience, safely preform Hoyer lift transfersInvolved TransfersProvide total care for a bedbound clientDressing/ShavingPrepares meals and snacks according to instructionsMust be dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing hands-on carePerforms light housekeeping activitiesPerforms patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse.Providing hospice supportive careMedication remindersAssisting with the prescribed range of motion exercisesAssisting with blood glucose monitoringCare of bed-bound patientsIncontinence careUse lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer liftsPreferred Experience in:Hoyer liftPersonal careRange of Motion ExercisesFoley careCompanionshipLight cleaningCompensation: $19.00 - $20.00 per hourDes Moines is locally owned and operated, was established in 2003, and our mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
