Skilled Caregivers NeededAs a caregiver, you'll provide compassionate and professional care to clients, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Our ideal candidate is reliable, empathetic, and experienced in caregiving.Requirements:Prior experience in caregiving or a related fieldDoes have CNA previously (preferably active certification)Ability to pass a background checkReliable transportation, with Driver's license and car insuranceStrong communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentCPR and First Aid certification (preferred)Must be a minimum of 20 minutes drive away from Washtenaw CountyKey responsibilities may include:Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and groomingProviding companionship and emotional supportHelping with household chores and meal preparationMonitoring and reporting changes in clients' healthEnsuring a safe and comfortable living environmentCaregiver Benefits:Competitive wagesHoliday Premium PayDirect DepositHands-on training provided for all new employees
