Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Baylor Weekend Program
Chandler Creek Post Acute – Greer, SC
$16–$19/hour + Premium | Weekend Baylor | Work 2 Days, Get Paid More
Chandler Creek Post Acute is a 133-bed skilled nursing facility located in Greer, South Carolina. We pride ourselves on our small-town atmosphere, strong community connections, and the compassionate care we provide to our residents.
We are looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Weekend Baylor Program, offering the opportunity to maximize income while working fewer days.
Work Saturday & Sunday 12-hour shifts Premium pay structure (Baylor program)
Competitive base pay: $16–$19/hour

As a CNA – Baylor, you will provide hands-on care to residents while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This role is ideal for those seeking higher earnings with a condensed schedule.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Follow care plans and collaborate with the nursing team
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
Must be at least 18 years old
Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required)
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts consistently
