NA's must have completed 90 hour accredited CNA courseJob Types: Full-time, Weekends (NO per diem shifts available)Salary: $21.00 benefitted, $24.00 non-benefittedBenefits:Sign on bonus $3,500Referral BonusWeekend differential3-11 shift differentialPTO Paid time offDental, Health, & Vision insuranceColonial Life insurance$100 annual sneaker reimbursementUniforms providedRecertification reimbursementTuition reimbursement available401KDuties:- Assist with patient care and ADL's under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse- Perform basic nursing procedures such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and assisting with activities of daily living- Provide gastric lavage and airway management as needed- Assist patients with feeding and meal consumption assistance- Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient needs are met- Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner and POC point click care- Provide specialized care for patients with special needs, dementia- Assist with the management of durable medical equipment (DME)Skills:- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to protocols- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing procedures- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as Cerner and Point click care*Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
