Job description
Position Overview:
The CNA – Cardiac Telemetry provides direct patient care under RN supervision, supporting a high-functioning team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
measure vital signs, output, and weights
collect specimens and perform fingerstick blood tests
aid with patient mobility and transfers using lifts and safe handling devices
and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must hold an Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Preferred experience includes hospital or long-term care settings.
