Job description
Sussex Springs is seeking a dedicated Caregiver - Resident Aide to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in accordance with individualized service plans. Position includes ADL assistance, meal support, light housekeeping, and documentation, with RN oversight for medications.
Responsibilities include promoting resident dignity, independence, and social engagement while maintaining infection control and confidentiality. Requires 18+ and a high school diploma or equivalent.
