CNA/Caregiver/MedTechThe Beaumont Assisted Living is looking for compassionate, fun, energetic individuals to join our caregiving team! We are hiring for morning shift, and have Part Time and Full Time positions available. Benefits include flexible schedules, opportunities for advancement, a fun and rewarding environment, shift differential for NOC and weekend shifts, exceptional management who truly care about their residents and staff, our "WOW" culture, paid time off, and health, dental, and vision insurance available for all full time employees.Responsibilities include caring for our elderly residents, assisting them in all cares of daily living (ADLs), documenting and notifying RCC and nurse of any changes or concerns in our residents' condition, as well as all duties given them as assigned by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator.Requirements include basic computer skills, self-starter and ability to work independently, ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively, high tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head, good communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner"), possess a love for the elderly, and have a positive and compassionate attitude. A background check is required for this position upon hire as well as food handlers permit, CPR/First Aid certification, and a TB test.
