Home Health AideBAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced CNA for a per diem opportunity to work with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis. Candidate will need to travel between multiple client homes per day, so access to reliable transportation is required.Immediate opportunity for coverage in the Flagstaff area- PRN.As a home health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.A CNA must:Have at least one year of work experienceMust be listed on the Arizona Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in EnglishPass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation ExaminationHave a criminal background check completedMeet all state requirementsJob Responsibilities:Activities of daily livingLight housekeepingBathingGroomingToiletingNail careRange of motion / exercisesTransfers / use of mechanical lifting devicesOral feedingVital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respirationHome Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.Assisting with ambulationMedication assistanceAdditional Information:Base Pay: per point, based on qualifications, negotiableMileage ReimbursementAs an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.BAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
