Certified Nursing AssistantsTower Lodge Care Center is one of New Jersey's premier providers of long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services. With decades of experience, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a warm, family-like environment.We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, hands-on care to our residents. We are currently looking for Full-time & Part-time CNAs, across all shifts.Qualifications:Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New JerseyPrevious experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferredCompassionate, patient-focused approach to careAbility to work effectively in a team environmentOccasional weekend shifts may be required.Compensation:Part-Time, Rate: $23.00 weekdays, and $28.00 on the weekends.This is a non-benefit position for the right individual looking to work a committed schedule of 3 shifts per week, including 1 weekend shift (i.e. every-other weekend) with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts due to callouts, and vacation.Full-Time, Rate: Up to $24.00 depending on benefits taken.Sign-On-Bonus: $2000Benefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchCompany-paid life insuranceGenerous paid time off (PTO) packageKey Responsibilities:Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingProvide support with mobility, transfers, and positioningMonitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staffMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residentsDocument care provided in accordance with facility policies and proceduresCollaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of careOur team is committed to supporting each resident's health, comfort, and overall well-being through compassionate care and personalized attention.
