Agency CnaAgency CNA – $23/hr (Weekly Pay / Every Thursday)Location: New Rochelle, NY (Nursing Home facility) Base Pay: $23/hr Overtime Pay: $34.50/hr Schedule: Day, Eve, & Night - Full-Time & Part-Time hours available!Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)In-Person Interview Required: Must be able to come to the facility for a brief face-to-face meeting.Active NYS CNA LicenseMust be able to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA Duties & Responsibilities:Geriatric Care Support: Deliver compassionate, high-quality bedside care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).Resident Personal Care: Assist with patient bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, continuous rounding, meal assistance, and dignified personal care needs.Patient Transfers: Safely perform mechanical lifts, positioning, turning, and ambulation transfers for long-term care and sub-acute rehab residents. Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.Clinical Charting: Monitor and record patient vitals, nutritional intake, and behavioral changes into electronic health records (EHR) systems.Floor Collaboration: Coordinate with staff Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to maintain a seamless healthcare environment.Support nursing and medical staff in the delivery of quality patient care.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment.Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care.How to Start Working ASAP:Click Apply Now, upload your resume, and our agency credentialing team will contact you to schedule your in-person interview.
