Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)We are seeking reliable, compassionate, professional, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide essential support to patients in various healthcare settings, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position offers flexible scheduling; however, we are prioritizing candidates who can commit to a consistent weekly schedule. All staff are required to every other Saturday & Sunday. Employees can also complete double shifts.Openings: 7AM-3PM (DAY) and 3PM-11PM (EVE)Job Location: Blairstown, NJ 07825The hourly rate is $25/hr. and the overtime & holiday rate is $37.50/hr.Our pay period is Sunday to Saturday and pay is weekly (every Friday via direct deposit)All staff are required to have a New Jersey CNA Certificate. Please DO NOT apply if you do not have a NJ CNA certificate.ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.Support nursing and medical staff in the delivery of quality patient care.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment.Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care.
