Located in the heart of Freehold, NJ, our 174-bed center offers unparalleled hotel-style healthcare and therapy for young individuals with neurological impairments. As a valued member of our team, you will be part of a dedicated group of caregivers who prioritize patient-centered care and compassion.• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in a manner that promotes independence and dignity• Provide personalized care and support to patients with complex medical needs, including those with neurological impairments• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and progress• Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans and interventions• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their familiesAs a Certified Nursing Assistant 7 to 3, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, working closely with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
