CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant - Home Care Aide

South San Jose: female, 9am-4:30pm (7.5 hour shifts), seizure safety and home care aide
South San Jose: female, 4:30pm-12am (7.5 hour shifts), seizure safety and home care aide
East Los Gatos: female, 6am-12pm (6 hour shifts), dementia and senior care
Sunnyvale: female, 7:45am-5:15pm (9.5 hour shifts), CP Total Care (shift differential available)
Sunnyvale: female, 9am-5pm (8 hour shifts), fall safety, daily life caregiving
Caregiver Pay Range $21 - $26

Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with light housekeeping and laundry
Monitor and report changes in clients' well-being or behavior
Follow care plans and safety protocols
Assist with medication reminders
Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments as needed
Foster independence and promote social interaction
Qualifications
Previous caregiver experience required
Must register as a Home Care Aide with CDSS
18 years old and a High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required
Ability to pass a live scan background check and drug screening
CPR certification
TB test or chest x-ray
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
