South San Jose: female, 9am-4:30pm (7.5 hour shifts), seizure safety and home care aide South San Jose: female, 4:30pm-12am (7.5 hour shifts), seizure safety and home care aide East Los Gatos: female, 6am-12pm (6 hour shifts), dementia and senior care Sunnyvale: female, 7:45am-5:15pm (9.5 hour shifts), CP Total Care (shift differential available) Sunnyvale: female, 9am-5pm (8 hour shifts), fall safety, daily life caregiving Caregiver Pay Range $21 - $26 Caregiver Benefits · Weekly Pay w/ Direct Deposit · Flexible work schedules · Device & Mileage reimbursement · Employee Referral Bonuses ·High Quality Paid Training from our Director of Nursing (RN). Ongoing training. · 401K with Company Match once qualified · Supportive and respectful work environment & Direct Access to Ownership Responsibilities · Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation · Provide companionship and emotional support · Help with light housekeeping and laundry · Monitor and report changes in clients’ well-being or behavior · Follow care plans and safety protocols · Assist with medication reminders · Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments as needed · Foster independence and promote social interaction Qualifications · Previous caregiver experience required · Must register as a Home Care Aide with CDSS · 18 years old and a High school diploma or equivalent · Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required · Ability to pass a live scan background check and drug screening · CPR certification · TB test or chest x-ray · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
