nAbout the Role
nAs a CNA at The Mansion at Brigham, you will be responsible for:
nnnProviding direct care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities and promoting independence
n
nnDeveloping and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
n
nnMonitoring and reporting any changes in resident condition or needs to the nursing team
n
nnParticipating in care conferences and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
n
nnMaintaining accurate and timely records and documentation
n
n nResponsibilities
nnnAssist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
n
nnHelp residents with mobility and transfer assistance, including walking, wheelchairs, and scooters
n
nnProvide vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
n
nnAssist with feeding, hydration, and incontinence care as needed
n
nnMaintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety guidelines
n
