As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. We are offering a $2000 sign-up bonus for this full-time position.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursesAssist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and groomingMonitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staffMaintain a safe and clean environment for patientsDevelop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needsCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team membersParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomesRequirements:Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania0 years of experience as a CNA (entry-level candidates welcome to apply)Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as neededSpring Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
