As a Stonerise Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you are a critical member of a patient's care team at our transitional and skilled nursing care centers (also called "nursing homes"), where we serve both short-term and long-term patients. Some of your primary responsibilities include:Provide direct care and support to patients under the supervision of a RN or LPNUtilize appropriate resources to provide care and support for assigned patientsAdminister showers, bed baths, or tub baths according to patients' plan of careProvide oral hygiene including denture careRespond to patient call lightsAssist patients with meals and feedingAssist patients in range of motion, mobility and ambulationTransport patients to scheduled activitiesComplete required forms including intake and output, food intake, flow sheet, accident/incident report, patient clothing sheet and CNA flow sheetAttend to patient hygiene needsPromote good customer service and a safe, nurturing environmentSchedule PRN, Non-ExemptEducation, Licensure & Certification RequirementsState-approved nursing assistant program completion and successfully pass the Nurse Aide Competency Exam and maintain active certification.Attend required number of educational programs per month/quarter.Not CNA-certified but want to be?
