nnwill attend school with patient ( 35hrs during school, 50hrs when on vacation from school)

nnschool hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm

nnout of school hours: 9:00am - 3:00pm or 7:00pm - 10:00pm

nnResponsibilities
nAs a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant , You w ill:
nnnProvide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
n
nnComplete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
n
nnAssist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
n
nnThis would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
n
nnHome M anagement includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks
n
n nQualifications
nnnMinimum age requirements are 18 years
n
nnValid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
n
nnCertification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
n
nnMust be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
n
