These care plans have been created by a Registered Nurse and detail the tasks to be performed at each of your shifts. Tasks include:Personal Care so Dressing, bathing, toileting, transfers, eatingHome Management Activities Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shoppingCompanionship Supervision and companionshipWhat to expect:A supportive environmentA mentoring/training program with our CNA SupervisorIndependenceProvide cares one-on-one with client—the ability to focus on one client at a timeJoin our team at Stonebridge Home Care South and help us make a difference and provide life changing care in our community.
