CNA / Certified Nursing AssistantAlways Best Care Senior Services - Corporate is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Roseville, California on a part-time, hourly basis. As a CNA, you will provide direct care and support to our senior clients in their homes, assisting them with daily living activities and promoting their overall well-being.Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position is $20.50 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, we offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive and positive work environment.Responsibilities:Provide personalized care and assistance to senior clients in their homes, following their individual care plans and ensuring their safety and comfortHelp with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feedingAdminister medications and assist with medical equipment as neededMonitor and report on clients' physical and mental statusFoster a positive and supportive environment for clients by engaging in meaningful conversation and activitiesMaintain accurate and timely documentation of care services providedCommunicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive careAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocolsRequirements:Valid CNA certification and active on the state registryHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of experience working as a CNA in a healthcare or senior care settingAbility to lift and transfer clients, as well as stand and walk for extended periods of timeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and reliable personalityMust pass a background check and drug screeningMust have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's licenseEEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services - Corporate is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, national origin, or veteran status.
