Job description
Position SummaryUnder direct supervision of licensed nursing staff (RN/LPN), the CNA provides compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities, basic nursing care, and diligent patient observation to promote resident safety, comfort, and wellbeing in a skilled nursing environment.Key Responsibilities1. Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) SupportAssist residents with personal hygiene: bathing, grooming, oral care, shaving, nail care.Help with dressing, toileting, and incontinence care; offer ostomy support per facility policy.Provide mobility assistance: turning, repositioning, transfers (e.g., bed ? wheelchair), ambulation with devices.Assist in feeding and monitor nutritional/fluid intake, ensuring adherence to dietary orders.
