Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support nursing staff in delivering excellent healthcare services.Key Responsibilities:Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feedingMonitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressureSupport patients with mobility, including transferring and positioningMaintain a clean and safe patient environmentObserve and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staffAssist with medical procedures as directed by nursesProvide emotional support and ensure patient comfortRequirements:Active CNA certificationPrevious experience in LTAC, hospital, or similar healthcare setting preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentBasic Life Support (BLS) certification preferredAdditional Information:Shift: 12-hour mid shift (12:00 PM – 12:00 AM)Facility Type: Long-Term Acute Care
