Senior HelpersSenior Helpers, a provider of in-home senior services, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors through compassionate care. We provide specialized support for conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer's.We're hiring CNA and Home Care Aide (HCA) professionals to provide one-on-one care in Vancouver, Portland, and nearby cities.Job Responsibilities:Standby assistance with ambulation, toileting, and dressingPersonal hygiene support: toileting, showers, bathing, bedpans, commodesIncontinence careTransfers using Hoyer lift or gait beltLight housekeeping: organizing, dusting, sweeping, dishes, laundry, trashOccasional transportation to doctor’s appointments or errandsQualifications:Active, unexpired CNA or HCA certificationMinimum 1 year of professional dementia care experienceMust pass a background check and drug screeningMust have a smartphone and internet access (for mobile app time tracking)Benefits:Pay: $20–$23/hrPaid & flexible trainingBi-weekly pay1.5x pay on holidaysReferral bonusesCaregiver recognition & rewardsPTO and sick timeService Areas: Vancouver • Portland • Camas • Battle Ground • Beaverton • Gresham • Tigard • Hillsboro & surrounding areasMake caregiving your calling with Senior Helpers — compassionate, flexible, and supportive in-home care work.
