Aventura at Pembrooke in West Chester, PA is Now Hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)!
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Shifts Available:
7a -3p FT/PT | 3p-11p FT/PT | 11p-7a FT/PT

Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
Graduated from a CNA training program
CPR Certification
A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Pre-Hire Requirements:
Current physical examination completed within the past 2 years
Completed PPD/TB test
Current CPR certification required
Completed background check
Current nursing license
Key Duties Include:
Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
Walk-in Interviews Welcome Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 2pm!
