Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)ComForCare Home Health Care - Slidell is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team in Chalmette, LA. If you have a passion for helping others and a commitment to quality care, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistanceAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfortMonitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to the supervising nurseSupport clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoringPerform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe, clean living environmentOffer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-beingFollow individualized care plans and adhere to all home health care protocolsRequirements:Active CNA certification in the state of LouisianaPrevious experience in home health, long-term care, or a similar caregiving setting preferredStrong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approachReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a home care environmentAbout Us:ComForCare Home Health Care - Slidell is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible.
