Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)We are seeking dedicated Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) to provide essential care in various healthcare settings. This position requires experience and proficiency in delivering high-quality patient support in a team-based environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and feeding.Provide skin care and support for patients' comfort and hygiene.Lift and transport patients safely and efficiently.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.Float among various departments including MedSurg, ICU, ER, Pediatrics, and Behavioral Health as needed.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of CNA experience required.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Active CNA License in Montana required.Prior travel experience in a healthcare setting preferred.Candidates must be willing to float between departments as necessary and adapt to the dynamic needs of the healthcare environment.
