Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) $ Sign on Bonus for Full Time!

We are searching for a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team, offering a $ Sign on Bonus for Full Time! As a member of our family, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care to our residents, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents according to established policies and procedures
Ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
Qualifications:
Must be certified as a nursing assistant, by the department of Health, within four months of date of hire
Previous nursing facility experience preferred
