8hrs. 12hrs. + Rotating Weekends
Full-Time Day. Full-Time Evening. Full-Time Night

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our community, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their lives and helping them thrive.
About The Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, your responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, incontinence care, and mobility assistance
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, including assisting with laundry and housekeeping
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Participating in resident care conferences and maintaining accurate documentation

Requirements
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care and precision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
