Job description

Our team of Certified Nursing Assistants play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients.
nThe Coronary Observation Unit (Boise) is an outpatient unit that works closely with the in-patient units (3 Tele, 7E, 6E, 4S, SICU, MICU).
nWhat You Can Expect:
nnnPart-time position consisting of two 9-hour shifts and one 10-hour shift per week
n
nnTypical shift hours are 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Wednesday
n
nnPerforms various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
n
nnThis is a CNA/HUC position allowing for direct patient care and unit clerk duties
n
nnCreating charts, supply management, re-stocking, answering phones, with some clinical skill - able to perform EKGs, get a set of vital signs and very seldomly removing IVs
n
nnEligible to apply for scholarships to pursue Nursing Education
n
nnThis is a No overnight, No weekends, or Major holidays position
n
n nQualifications:
nnnEducation: No Education Required
n
nnLicenses/Certifications: Current CNA Certification in the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
n
