n nShift Details:
nnnMIDSHIFT (09:00 AM - 09:30 PM)
n
nnMust commit to 3x12-hour shifts weekly
n
n nCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties & Responsibilities:
nnnPerforms duties within the scope of practice to ensure quality patient care, under the direct supervision of medical or nursing personnel.
n
nnCompletes required documentation in the electronic health record or other modality.
n
nnPrepares patients for examination and treatment, takes patient histories, vital signs, and records chief complaints.
n
nnPerforms office procedures, tests, and examinations. Maintains adequate supplies for exam/procedure rooms.
n
nnTranscribes provider orders and schedules return appointments.
n
nnPerforms venipunctures and lab tests. Assists patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
n
n nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnCopy of current, valid, unrestricted license as a CNA issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing -OR- issued by a participating Compact State.
n
nnCopy of current, completed PSV from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing obtained via the following link:
n
nnCopy of current, completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators.
n
nnCopy of current, completed First Aid Certification.
n
nnMinimum of one (1) year of past work experience in this position.
n
nnCopy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
