n nCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties & Responsibilities:
nnnAssist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
n
nnHelp patients with mobility, positioning, transfers, and ambulation.
n
nnMeasure and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
n
nnAssist patients with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.
n
nnMaintain patient comfort, safety, dignity, and privacy at all times.
n
nnObserve and report changes in patients' physical or emotional condition.
n
nnKeep patient rooms clean, organized, and properly stocked.
n
nnDocument care provided according to facility policies.
n
nnSupport nurses with routine patient care and clinical tasks within scope of practice.
n
nnFollow infection control procedures, safety guidelines, and healthcare regulations.
n
n nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnCurrent, valid, and unrestrictedCA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
n
nnCNA license/certificate required
n
nnMinimum of 1 yearof recent experience within the last 3 years as aCNA.
n
nnAdditional certifications may be required.
n
nnCopy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
n
nnCopy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (Healthcare Provider BLS certification; TB screening with negative PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, or T-SPOT results; Hepatitis B Consent/Declination Form; and proof of Rubella, Rubeola, and Varicella vaccination or titers ).
