Certified Nursing Assistant - CRMACome join us! Working within a model of “Safe Patient Family Centered Care”, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an integral part of our Health Care team!For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for Certified Nursing Assistants:0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,500 (full time)1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CNA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.This position requires both a CNA and CRMA.Quarry Hill continues the tradition of caring for the people of Midcoast Maine by providing unsurpassed independent living, traditional assisted living, and specialized assisted living memory-loss care. We’re a proud member of a local nonprofit family of organizations, including MaineHealth Pen Bay Hospital, MaineHealth Primary Care – Family Medicine – Rockport, and the greater MaineHealth system—all committed heart and soul to the well-being of the people we serve.Under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant - CRMA role is responsible for administering medications accurately and in a timely manner to patients/residents.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Graduate of a state-approved Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) program required.Experience: Experience as a CNA/CRMA preferred.
