Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Supports residents in an evening shift at a long-term care facility in Wakefield, Nebraska. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, hands-on care, ensuring residents' dignity, safety, and comfort, and collaborating with nursing staff to maintain high-quality care.Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residentsAssist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingTake and document vital signs and other routine care informationAssist residents with mobility and transfersMaintain accurate and timely documentationCommunicate changes in resident condition to nursing staffPromote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independenceWork collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care teamQualifications:Current CNA certification in NebraskaReliable attendance and strong work ethicCompassionate, patient-centered approachAbility to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to work the evening schedule and rotating weekendsPreferred Skills:Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
