We take a person-centered approach, believing every individual deserves dignity, respect, and the chance to reach their full potential.We're looking for dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about helping residents gain independence while providing care with dignity and respect. This is an overnight position and with that comes a $2/hour shift differential.What You'll Do:Assist residents with daily living activities (dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility, etc.).Follow individualized care plans to ensure quality, person-centered care.Communicate concerns or changes in resident needs promptly to nursing staff.Why Dakota Alpha?
