Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. This includes, but is not limited to:Assisting residents with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL).Assisting residents with ambulation and transfers.Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.Must have:Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant programCurrent CNA certificationHigh school diploma or equivalentBasic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learnNice to have:Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environmentNursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residentsBehavioral care / memory care experienceEqual Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, veteran or disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Pay Transparency StatementCompensation for roles varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
