We are seeking caring professionals to join our team for full-time AM and NOC shifts.As a CNA, you'll provide high-quality, resident-centered care while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to safety, dignity, and excellence.Whether you're an experienced CNA or newly certified, we welcome motivated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and making a positive impact every day.About Our Facility5-Star Medicare-Rated Skilled Nursing FacilitySpecializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing careResident-focused and team-oriented environmentNew graduates are encouraged to applyComprehensive training and mentorship availablePosition DetailsPosition: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Status: Full-Time Shifts: AM & NOC Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident's individualized care plan.Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.Obtain and document vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide attentive, respectful care.Accurately document resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and overall quality of life.Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.QualificationsCurrent, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.Benefits & PerksCompetitive pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for eligible full-time employeesPaid Time Off (PTO)Holiday PayEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Ongoing education and trainingCareer advancement opportunitiesSupportive leadership and mentorshipPositive, collaborative workplace cultureWhy Join Our Team?We are committed to creating a workplace where CNAs feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
