Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Health Center

Dallas Retirement Village | Dallas, OR

DAY SHIFT 6:15 am - 2:15 pm

We're looking for compassionate, dependable team members ready to provide hands-on care in a supportive, team-focused environment.

This is a meaningful, resident-centered role where you'll support daily routines, encourage independence, and work closely with the care team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

CNAs provide direct care and support to residents while following individualized care plans.

What You Bring

Active, unencumbered CNA license in the State of Oregon, or ability to obtain within required timeline

Current BLS CPR certification preferred

Ability to understand, follow instructions, and communicate effectively in English

Ability to document care accurately

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
