Non-Medical In-Home Senior CareCompensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourMinimum Years of Experience: 1 yearA Place At Home-Hot Springs provides Non-Medical In-Home Senior Care.We need in-home caregivers to work in Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, Malvern, Arkadelphia, Jessieville, Lake Hamilton, Fountain Lake, Mt. Ida, Glenwood, Bismarck and all surrounding areas.We need dedicated and hardworking caregivers who are dependable, dedicated, compassionate and willing to go above and beyond for our clients, as well as commit to following our agencies code of ethics.Job duties may include:Non-Medical AssistanceBathing, Grooming, and DressingToileting and Incontinent CareMeal Preparation and Diet MonitoringMedication RemindersLight Housekeeping and LaundryStanding, Transferring, and WalkingErrands and ShoppingTransportationCompanionshipBenefits:Paid weekly every ThursdayRespect, fairness, and considerationCompetitive hourly wagesBonus for caregiver referralsBonus for caregiver of the monthContinuing education providedMerit and loyalty wage increasesFriendly and supportive office staffIf you work overtime (more than 40 hours in a workweek), you will be paid at time and a half your regular, hourly rate for hours worked over 40 hours.If you work on any of our 8 Holidays, you will be paid at time and a half your regular, hourly rate.Clients set schedules, so there are a variety of shifts to choose from such as:3 hours to 12-hour shiftsDays, Evenings, Overnight, WeekendsRequirements:1 year of caregiving experience that can be verifiedDedication and passion for serving othersPositive attitudeDependable - work the shifts you agree to work, be on time if not early, stay for the full shiftValid Driver's License or State IDReliable transportation to and from workAble to pass a criminal background checkAble to pass a drug testMust be able to lift up to 25 poundsMust be able to stoop, bend, twist, turn and walk up and down stairs
