Right At Home Snohomish County HCA/CNA OpportunityRight at Home Snohomish County is currently hiring HCA/CNA to help assist clients in their own homes. We are hiring part-time with flexible shifts with an open availability. We are looking for the right people with the right approach to provide the right services for the right mission.Benefits for the HCA/CNA are:A great work environment with 24/7 care supportCare Starts/Introductions with care team to new clientsFlexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time shiftsFree training CEUs and ongoing development programs (90 day and annual review)Caregiver Go App, access to the care plan, map to client's homes and electronic chartingRecognition programs – including Caregiver of the Month/YearEmployee referral programs - $150 for referring a great person like you!Employee discount programs, up to 22% for your phones AT&T, Verizon401K programColonial dental/vision careCompetitive payQuarterly bonus programWeekly pay and direct depositResponsibilities of the HCA/CNA:Provide personal care, dressing, peri care, bathing, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, medical appointments, assisting the client with their basic daily needs.Follow the tasks laid out in the tailored Plan of Care for each client and will receive when accepting the shift with the client.Foster a spirit of caring for each client and adaptable to work with other team members, family members and outside vendors such as nurses, doctors, etc.Requirements of the HCA/CNA:Current certification as an HCA or CNA from an accredited schoolMust have a valid driver's license and use of an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportationMust be able to lift a minimum of 30 poundsCPR/FA, Food Handlers, TB Test, Covid TestPass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and a nationwide background checkRead, write, speak and understand English as needed for the jobHigh school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferredAndroid or iPhone capable of use for charting with Caregiver Go AppSkills set: Strong attention to detail with the care of the client's daily needs and requirements. Excellent communication skills to understand the needs and the direction that you need to work with each client. Patience, empathy, compassion, positive mind set, flexibility, and versatility. Willing to adapt to learn new equipment or tasks that may be assigned to the client as care needs change.
