Join a team that values integrity, excellence, and heart.Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced CNA or Home Health Aides (HHA) for 12 Hour shifts / or 24-hour shifts to provide one-on-one care in a client's home few days a week. This role is essential in helping our clients live safely, independently, and with dignity in the comfort of their homes.ResponsibilitiesAssist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, skin careAlzheimer's and Dementia experiencePerform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying up, changing linens)Prepare meals and assist with feeding as neededOffer medication reminders and monitor vital signs.Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environmentProvide companionship and emotional supportFollow care plans developed by our clinical teamMaintain accurate care records and communicate with supervising nurseQualificationsActive CNA License in MassachusettsMinimum of 1-2 year of experience in home care, assisted living, or similarAbility to work overnight shifts 9pm to 8am (accommodations provided)Compassionate, reliable, and professionalExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust pass background check, drug screening, and provide referencesBenefits: Flexible scheduling options, weekly pay with direct deposit, ongoing training and professional development, 24/7 on-call support from our BrightStar clinical team, PPE provided for your safety, supportive and respectful work environmentApply Today: Join our team of compassionate caregivers who are making a difference every day.
