The Branches of Framingham, a Benchmark Assisted Living & Memory Care community is hiring Full Time CNA's and HHA's.
Full Time Shifts Available: 7am-3pm
3pm-11pm
11pm-7am

We are looking for a compassionate CNA's and HHA's to join our team! As a Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
Resident Care Associates Duties & Responsibilities: Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
Other duties as needed.
Requirements: Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
