CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Weymouth, MA! We are looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers who are committed to providing quality in-home care and helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. Your Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, comfortable home
Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Caring, patient, and dependable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client's home
Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts
