CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $24/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Cohasset, MA! We are looking for compassionate, responsible, and dedicated caregivers who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized support at home. Your Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home
Follow individualized care plans and established routines
Report changes in client condition or care needs to the care team
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Caring, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home
Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts
