Location: Carrolltown (Cambria Heights Elementary)
Shift: Monday - Friday; Dayshift
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare , you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

As a Home Health Aides (HHA), you will: Assist patients with daily living activities , such as light housekeeping, preparing meals , assisting with personal hygiene, and grocery shopping
Provide companionship and conversation
Teach patients essential self-care skills, as needed
Help the patient navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team, when appropriate
To qualify for a Home Health Aides (HHA) position with us, you will need: Active CNA License OR HHA Certificate of completion from a credited program OR Completion of our Home Health Aide Training Program.
Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
