CNA/HHA PT DaysNow Hiring for Part-time Home Care CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistants) or HHA (Home Health Aide) to grow our Caregiving Team. Providing a higher standard of care to clients in their homes. Day hours available, all lengths of shifts between 8am-4pm daily.Join Our Compassionate Caregiving Team at BrightStar Care of Maple Grove & Andover! Pay Range: $20-22 per hour (varies based on certifications, overall and in-home care experience). Service Areas Include (must be willing to drive): Maple Grove, Coon Rapids, Blaine, Fridley, Andover & surrounding communities.BrightStar CNA Benefits:Flexible schedulingWeekly Pay with direct depositPremium short shift pay (extra $2-3!)Zayzoon (Early/Daily Access to Earned Wages)401K Match (up to 4% after 6mo of employment)24/7 RN Oversight with ongoing trainingHoliday Pay: Earn time & a half!Paid TrainingOne-on-one careEmployee Referral Bonuses ($300!!!)Employee RecognitionPromote within BrightStar CareSupportive and helpful team membersBrightStar CNA/HHA Job Responsibilities:Drive to Client HomesAssist with personal care and daily living tasks (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transferring).Monitor vital signs and support assessments under RN supervision.Report Client Condition ChangesFollow individualized care plans, helping with meals, housekeeping, errands, and transportation.Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being.BrightStar CNA/HHA Qualifications:Current In-State (MN) CNA Certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.A Valid Driver's License (Permits not accepted) & Current Auto InsuranceClean Driving Record (Feel free to ask if you are eligible)Must be at least 18 yrs. or olderExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGeriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience preferredAble to travel within our covering territories (as listed in post)Empathy for the needs of the clientA heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitudeMust be ok working around Cats and Dogs.Apply today and get working within 2 weeks!Why BrightStar Care?
