nService Areas: Salem, McMinnville, Woodburn, Wilsonville, South Portland, and surrounding communities Schedule Needs: We are hiring for all visit times, including weekdays and weekends.

nWhat We Offer:

nCompetitive pay: starting at $18 per hour

nFlexible scheduling — weekday & weekend shifts available

n24/7 Support Center for scheduling and care-related assistance

nPrivate in-home 1:1 clients

nPaid mileage for travel between client visits

nResponsibilities and Duties:

nAssist clients with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

nAssist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises

nFollow individualized care plans created by the Care Designer

nEnsure client safety and proper use of equipment

nFunction within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description

nAccurately complete documentation and visit records

nParticipate in our Happier First Visit — a special introduction visit focused on building trust, understanding client needs, and creating a positive start to care

nDeliver compassionate, respectful care that promotes independence and dignity

nRequirements:

nMinimum 2 years of caregiving experience

nAbility to communicate clearly in English (additional languages are a plus)

nProof of CNA or HHA license, if applicable

nFirst aid and CPR-certified

nCurrent TB Screening and criminal background check

nAbility to adhere to all health and safety guidelines

nLegal authorization to work in Oregon

nValid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience and clean driving record

nReliable transportation required
