Job DescriptionThis position as a CNA / HHA in Yulee & Fernandina Beach focuses on delivering compassionate, individualized home care to patients. The role involves working independently as an individual caregiver, providing essential patient care services in a home setting to support the health and well-being of clients.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in home environments
Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene
Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Ensure patient comfort and safety
Collaborate effectively with patients and their families
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in patient care
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
