Job description
Caregiver PositionThe Caregiver is a part of the Cornerstone team, a resident-focused, high performance, high commitment work team that supports the motto of "creating healthy living and work environments." As a Caregiver, they are responsible for ensuring that quality services are a way of life for this community. A Caregiver is trained to provide personal care and related services to residents in the community according to documented, individualized service and care plans.Responsibilities:Obtains vital signs, records, and notifies the supervising nurse of deviations per Individual Service Plan (ISP)May aid with various personal care tasksAssists in recording vital signs and other health-related dataShares resident success stories and best practicesParticipates in family conferencesCreates and maintains resident recordsHousekeeping and Safety Compliance DutiesAnd more as assignedRequirements:Strong verbal and written communication skillsExperience in senior resident services, social work, health care, or customer service preferredAbility to exert physical force as requiredNo communicable diseasesDrug FreeClear BackgroundWhitefish at The Lakes Senior Living is a resident-focused community committed to creating healthy living environments for residents and staff.
