Job description
Hourly Pay: $13-$16
nMaxim Healthcare is hiring for a Certified Nursing Assistant to work with patients in the comfort of their own homes.

n nResponsibilities:
nnnAssistance with personal care activities such as showering, bathing, dressing, etc
n
nnTakes and records oral and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered
n
nnAssists with mobility, positioning, transfers, and using transfer/mobility devices as applicable
n
nnAssists with active and passive range of motion exercises and other simple procedures as an extensional therapy service as ordered (with appropriate completed/demonstrated skills competency
n
n nRequirements:
nnnSuccessful completion of a nursing assistant/home health aide or competency training and evaluation program as applicable, per State/Federal regulations
n
nnSuccessful completion of Maxim’s Clinical Competency Program for home health aides, including successful completion of examinations with score of 80% or higher, and demonstration of all required skills per State/Federal regulations
n
nnAbility to read and follow written instructions and document care given
n
nnMeets Maxim and applicable State Background Investigation requirements
n
nnPossession of current CPR certification and First Aid training/certification as applicable, per State regulations
n
nnParticipation in Tuberculosis screening/testing requirements per Maxim policy and as applicable, per State regulation
n
nnSuccessful completion of Maxim’s orientations/trainings, in-service program, and Maxim training examinations, with a score of 80% or greater
n
