As an HHA, you will be responsible for providing various personal care services to meet the patient's needs. This includes assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and monitoring patient conditions. You will play a vital role in promoting quality, continuity, and safety in patient care.Duties & Responsibilities:Provide personal care services such as bathing, oral hygiene, and dressingAssist patients with toileting activitiesPrepare and serve nutritious mealsTake and record vital signsAssist in ambulation and exerciseAdminister medication under supervisionMaintain cleanliness and orderliness of patient's living areaReport patient's condition and changes to the assigned nurseAdhere to documentation and care proceduresAttend in-service training annuallyParticipate in scheduled Case Conference meetingsJob Requirements:Successfully completed a state-approved training and competency evaluation programAt least 18 years of ageAbility to read and follow written instructionsSelf-directed with the ability to work with little supervisionEmpathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail, and impairedCurrent CPR certificationDemonstrates tact, patience, and good personal hygieneValid driver's license and reliable transportationIf you are looking for a rewarding career where you can make a difference in the lives of others, apply now to join our team at Pennant Arizona.
